Contract: Hydrodynamic/static Mathematical Model Specification
Developed the Astute Class Submarine Movement Simulation and administered its implementation in the Simulink environment by the Astute Modelling Team. A detailed simulation specification document identified the mathematical model, the simulation architecture, prescribed the data population methodology, stipulated the initialisation process, and established the simulation development and execution conventions. This document permitted the development of the complex simulation in a multi-developer environment. Furthermore, the use of object-oriented modules supported future model development.
